Who we are
Fairhill Solicitors is an independent law firm based on the 30th floor of The Leadenhall Building in the City of London. We are authorised and regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA number 8014377) and advise businesses and private clients across the UK and internationally.
The firm was founded by Sergii Kupriienko, an immigration solicitor who saw too many clients arrive with refusals that should never have happened, and too many employers paying for advice that was never explained to them. Fairhill was set up to do the opposite: to assess every enquiry honestly, to work on fixed fees agreed in advance, and to keep clients informed at every stage.
Today the team combines UK-qualified solicitors with lawyers qualified in Ukraine and China, working in English, Ukrainian, Russian and Mandarin. Our practice covers the full range of business and personal immigration, from sponsor licences and Skilled Worker visas to settlement, citizenship and appeals, and the commercial work that goes with it: company formation, contracts, shareholder agreements, employment law for employers and disputes.
How we work
- A free assessment first. Every enquiry starts with a short pre-assessment on this website and, for suitable matters, a free 10-minute call with a member of our team. We tell you whether we can help, what route we would recommend and what it would cost.
- Fixed fees. Most of our immigration work and much of our commercial work is done on a fixed fee set out in writing before we start. Where hourly rates apply, we give an estimate and update it.
- One point of contact. A named lawyer runs your matter and is reachable by phone, email and WhatsApp. Every matter is supervised by a solicitor.
- Immigration and commercial together. Founders, employers and investors get joined-up advice on the company, the contracts and the visas from one team.
- No unsuitable instructions. If your matter is not one we are the right firm for, we say so and point you towards someone who is.
Where we are
Our office is at Level 30, The Leadenhall Building, 122 Leadenhall Street, London EC3V 4AB, two minutes from Bank, Monument and Liverpool Street stations. We meet clients in person, by video call and by telephone, and we act for clients throughout the UK and overseas. Office hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.
