Fees and Pricing

The fees below are a guide, not a quote. Every matter is different, and after a free assessment we will confirm a fixed fee for your case in writing. All our fees are subject to VAT at 20%. Home Office fees, the Immigration Health Surcharge and other disbursements are payable in addition and are shown separately. We are VAT registered (number 503 1235 49).

Where a matter is unusually complex, for example because of a previous refusal, a criminal record, or a need for expert evidence, we will explain why the fee is higher before you commit. We do not offer legal aid.

All fees exclude VAT at 20% and disbursements. "From" fees apply to straightforward cases; we confirm the fee for your case in writing after a free assessment.

Hourly rates

£150 to £350 per hour plus VAT depending on the seniority of the lawyer, applied only where a fixed fee is not appropriate and always with a written estimate.

What our fixed fee includes

• An initial assessment of your eligibility and the best route.
• A tailored document checklist and review of every document you provide.
• Advice on the evidence needed to meet each requirement, including English language, finances and relationship or business evidence.
• Completing and submitting the online application forms and a detailed covering letter.
• Booking and guidance for biometric appointments or the ID check app.
• Correspondence with the Home Office until a decision is made, and advice on the decision and next steps.

Not included unless agreed: translations, expert reports, counsel's fees, priority services, attending interviews or hearings, and work on a second application or an appeal after a refusal (which we would quote for separately).

Disbursements and other costs

Disbursements are costs payable to third parties. We will give you an estimate at the outset and ask you to pay them before they fall due. The main ones are:

Home Office figures from the fee table effective 8 October 2026, checked September 2026. Home Office fees usually change in April and sometimes in the autumn.

How long it takes

Home Office service standards at the time of writing are about 3 weeks for most applications made outside the UK, 8 weeks for most applications made inside the UK, up to 6 months for settlement and citizenship, and 6 to 12 months for private life and human rights applications. Sponsor licence applications are usually decided within 8 weeks. Appeals currently take several months to be listed. Priority services, where available, reduce standard applications to 5 working days or the next working day. We prepare most applications within 2 to 4 weeks of receiving your documents, faster where a deadline requires.

Who does the work

All immigration work is carried out by, or under the supervision of, Sergii Kupriienko, Managing Partner and a solicitor with a decade of immigration practice. Rasin Yang, a solicitor qualified in both England and Wales and China, handles immigration and corporate matters, with a focus on Mandarin-speaking clients. Vitalii Drobotun, a senior legal consultant with over 15 years' experience in corporate, commercial and immigration law, leads our commercial work. Commercial work

Commercial work is quoted on the scope of the job. Typical fixed-fee items include terms and conditions, a shareholders' agreement with matching articles, a company formation package, an employment contract and handbook, and a letter before action. Transactions such as business sales, investment rounds and litigation are estimated in stages and capped where possible. Our hourly rates are £150 to £350 plus VAT. Paying us

We usually ask for the fixed fee, or a payment on account, before we start work, and for disbursements before they are incurred. We accept bank transfer and card payments. We do not accept cash above £500. Where a matter is complex, we may agree staged payments.
