Accessibility Statement

Fairhill Solicitors Ltd wants as many people as possible to be able to use this website. We have designed it to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.

What we have done

• Text can be resized to 200% and the layout adapts to any screen size without horizontal scrolling.
• Colour contrast meets or exceeds the AA ratio for text and controls.
• Every page can be navigated and every form completed with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus indicator and a skip link to the main content.
• Headings, landmarks, labels and link text are meaningful and work with screen readers.
• Videos are not set to play automatically, and motion is reduced for visitors who have asked their device to reduce motion.
• Forms explain errors in plain language and let you skip questions you cannot answer.

Known limitations

• Our videos are hosted on YouTube. Most have automatic captions, which may contain errors. We are adding accurate captions over time.
• Some older PDF documents we send to clients may not be fully accessible. We will provide an accessible version on request.
