Sergii Kupriienko
Immigration solicitor since 2016. Leads the firm and personally supervises every matter, from sponsor licence applications for growing employers to complex appeals and judicial reviews.
Sergii is the Managing Partner of Fairhill Solicitors and an immigration solicitor with a decade of practice. He advises employers on sponsor licences and Home Office compliance, and individuals on work, family, settlement and citizenship applications. He also represents clients in administrative reviews, First-tier and Upper Tribunal appeals and judicial review in the High Court.
His clients include growing UK businesses, international companies opening in London, founders, investors, senior professionals and families. He is known for straight answers on prospects at the outset, and for finding a workable route where others see only a refusal.
Sergii completed the Graduate Diploma in Law at Birmingham City University, the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law and a Master's degree in Dispute Resolution at Kingston University London. He began practising immigration law in 2016 and is regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority.
He publishes short practical videos on UK immigration on the firm's YouTube, TikTok and Instagram channels, watched by thousands of applicants and employers every week.
