Vitalii is an experienced lawyer with over 15 years of professional practice specialising in corporate, commercial and immigration law. He is a qualified advocate in Ukraine and has extensive expertise in legal support for businesses and private individuals.
He has significant experience working in leading law firms, handling large-scale business and immigration projects. He founded and managed his own law firm, leading a team of lawyers and providing comprehensive legal solutions for entrepreneurs and companies. He also coordinated international human rights projects supported by the UNDP and USAID, gaining in-depth knowledge of international law.
In the UK, Vitalii assists clients from many countries in navigating the local legal environment, from setting up and managing businesses to immigration matters and dispute resolution. His combined commercial and immigration expertise means founders receive joined-up advice on company structure, contracts, investment and the visa routes that go with them.
Vitalii holds Bachelor of Laws and Master of Laws degrees. He works under the supervision of the firm's solicitors.
